These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
Privacy policy
We will not disclose to any third party personal information sent to us through this web site or any other means.
Your details will not be loaned, sold or otherwise transmitted to any other organisation.
Periodically we may send relevant product information by electronic mail. You
may opt out of this service by using the unsubscribe option at the bottom of
the emails.
Any information submitted will not be stored in any on-line database once received by our selves and will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Everything else
WARRANTIES:
All goods carry their manufacturer's warranty. All goods also carry a fourteen day satisfaction guarantee from the invoice date. If you are not happy with an item, for any reason, it can be returned and either replaced or refunded. No return postage is refundable. Goods arriving at Ultimate Adventure Hardware after the fourteen day period will be subject to a handling charge.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Orders can be cancelled at any time up to point of charging and despatch. Please also see ‘WARRANTIES’ and ‘RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY’.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
Returned goods can only be accepted on the following terms:
- Please contact us by phone or email before making any return. There may be a better solution - for instance in the case of a faulty item we may be able to send you a replacement part.
- A returns form (click here for printable version) AND the invoice (or copy of the invoice) MUST be sent with returned goods before an exchange or refund can be made. If these are not enclosed we will contact you to request the missing documentation.
- New parts should be returned in their original packaging in "as new" condition.
- The risk of posting the goods to us is covered by the sender (insurance should be arranged for expensive items).
- Guarantee liability is restricted to replacing goods. Should it not be possible to replace goods a monetary refund will be made.
- Goods supplied as ordered and returned (i.e. arriving at Ultimate Adventure Hardware) after fourteen days have elapsed are liable to a handling charge of up to 25%.
- In the case of special orders (non-stock items) and where goods have been made to customer specification we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds on non-faulty goods.
- Refunds can only be made to the same card as originally charged for the goods.
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS:
We cannot accept liability for consequential loss.
DELIVERY:
All goods are fully insured by our selves whilst in transit to you. Goods lost in the post on their way to you will be replaced or a refund given after fifteen days has elapsed. However, we first require a letter from you to confirm this loss (we require this in order to make our claim against the carrier). Alternatively goods can be replaced before the fifteen day period as long as they are paid for again. A refund can then be sent to you on receipt of your letter after fifteen days.
TITLE:
All goods remain the property, but not the responsibility of Ultimate Adventure Hardware, until paid for in full.
PRICING:
Ultimate Adventure Hardware Ltd reserves the right to periodically alter the prices shown.
