How can I order?

1) The easiest way to order is through the secure order system on this site. Select products by browsing the site and adding to your shopping basket; when you are finished proceed to the checkout where you are still able to alter quantities etc.

2) By phone at 0845 467 4677. This line is open from 8.00am till 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am till 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on all bank holidays.

How can I pay?

We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners

All prices shown on the site include VAT and are in £/GBP (pound sterling). The currency converter is for reference only and you will always be charged in £/GBP.

How do I calculate my postage cost?

Please see our 'Delivery information' page for information and costs. More expensive orders will require a signature on delivery. All goods are insured during transit

Are items listed on the web site in stock?

Yes. On the very rare occasion when we experience a stock problem this will be clearly marked against the item concerned. You can still order the item and we will send it on to you when we have it in stock. This will not delay any other items you order and there will be no extra delivery charge.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items ordered before 12.30pm will be despatched on the same day. In practice most orders will be despatched on the same day but this is only guaranteed on orders placed before 12.30pm.
All goods are sent either by first class post or guaranteed next day delivery; please note that for some outlying areas and for overseas orders delivery may take longer but we will get your goods to you by the best possible method. If we have a problem with your order we will contact you immediately.
